How It’s Structured

    • Off-campus mode: Combining Live Classes with local tutors (where applicable) to optimize learning effectiveness for busy professionals.

  • Understand leadership and management theories and apply these skills to enhance motivation and performance. Learners will also analyze team dynamics and their role in achieving organizational goals.

2. Business Research Project (K/616/2735): This course is worth 20 UK Credits/10 ECTS Credits

  • Develop learners’ research skills, including producing a research question and carrying out independent research using approriate research techniques.
  • Analyse research findings, evaluate the research methodology used and present their research findings.

3. Operations Management  (M/616/2736): This course is worth 20 UK Credits/10 ECTS Credits

  • Understand the production/operations management function in both manufacturing and service industries and to introduce key issues and techniques in operations management.

4. Financial Decision Making (T/616/2737 ): This course is worth 20 UK Credits/10 ECTS Credits

  • Demonstrate the links between business decision making, risk assessment and financial information.
  • Understand how businesses are financed through their fixed and working capital requirements and how the financial management of each organisation is influenced by its governance and ownership structure.

5. Sustainable Business Practices (A/616/2738): This course is worth 20 UK Credits/10 ECTS Credits

  • Awareness of sustainable development issues and how they impact on the strategic development of businesses.
  • Understanding of sustainability and its effect on business organisations.

6. Strategic Human Resource Management (F/616/2739 ): This course is worth 20 UK Credits/10 ECTS Credits

  • Understand competing and contrasting perspectives of strategic HRM. The unit develops learners’ understanding of how HRM strategies and practices contribute to organisational and employee performance, and the problems and complexities of operationalising an HRM strategy within different types of organisation.
Capstone Projects Stage (60 UK credits):
  • Dissertation/ Capstone Projects/ Work-based Project

Graduation stage where learners have to work on a Dissertation/ Capstone Projects/ Work-based Project that is a business plan, or a proposal for improvement in a field that learners wish to develop in-depth.

The qualification is designed to be delivered over 1,5 academic years for full-time study, but it also offers a flexible model to accommodate part-time and distance learning options.

Entry Requirements

Entry requirements:

To enroll the Bachelor of Business Administration program, the learner must possess one of the criteria below:

  • Completed high school, over 23 years old, and have at least 2 years of work experience; or
  • Graduated vocational schools/college or completed 2nd year of Bachelor of Business Administration ; or
  • Attained a Level 5 Diploma under the NQF/QCF/RQF system or its equivalent.
English Language Proficiency:

If a learner is not from a predominantly English-speaking country, proof of English language proficiency must be provided.

  • Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) level B2 or equivalent
  • Or A minimum TOEFL score of 101 or IELTS 5.5; Reading and Writing must be at 5.5 or equivalent
